On 18 November 2013, H.E. Mr. Omar Al-Qenaei, Consul General presented 2 (two) sets of desktop computers and 1 (one) printer to the Arabian Study Discipline under the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City. This is the first step to set up the Arabian Information Room at the Faculty.

The Consul General pledged that the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait in Ho Chi Minh City would continue to support the Arabian Study Discipline in the coming time.
