On April 6, 2016, H.E. Mr. Omar Al-Qenaei, Consul General met the representative of the Green Dreams Volunteer Group and gave a donation in support for organizing a programme titled “Light and Belief” for the underprivileged and invalid children in Ho Chi Minh City. The programme will be taken place on April 17, 2016 at 214-216 Pasteur Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. This is an annual programme organized by the Green Dreams Volunteer Group to celebrate the Day for the invalid people in Vietnam, April 18.
