On 30 June 2014, H.E. Mr. Omar Al-Qenaei, Consul General handed grants from the Zakat House of Kuwait to mosques in Ho Chi Minh City, Ninh Thuan, Tay Ninh, An Giang and other provinces in the south where there are Muslim communities.

The grants will be used for breaking fast (IFTAR) during the holy month of Ramadan.
