H.E. Mr. Omar Al-Qenaei, Consul General of the State of Kuwait in Ho Chi Minh City has bidden farewell to Mr. Abdulrazzaq Alkhuleefah and Mr. Adel Al-Mutairi. The two diplomats have excellently completed their duties at the Consulate.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Harbi, attaché, embarked on his duties at the Consulate on 2 July 2013 and Mr. Abdulrahman Khalifah Alothaina, who is the successor of Mr. Alkhuleefah, will commence his duties on 6 September 2013.
